General Conditions: In case of lack of wind, lessons will be rescheduled or refunded. 1. The trainee declares that they can swim 50 meters in open water. The trainee declares that they have no medical reason preventing them from practicing kitesurfing. The trainee agrees to follow the instructor's instructions, particularly regarding the designated sailing areas. The instructor reserves the right to cancel or postpone the lesson in case of adverse weather conditions or technical problems. In case of cancellation by the trainee without medical advice: no refund will be given. 2. Insurance: The client must have liability insurance covering kitesurfing. The client declares that they have read the liability insurance policies in case of an accident, offered by KS-Kitesurf-Wingfoil-Center and IKO-International-Kitesurf-Organisation. 3. Lessons: The life jacket and safety helmet must be worn at all times during the activity. The trainee acknowledges having been informed by the instructor of the navigation zones, agrees to respect them, and to remain within the instructor's line of sight. Failure to comply with the instructor's instructions will result in the trainee being held fully responsible. In the event of non-compliance with the instructor's instructions, the lesson or supervised sailing session may be terminated without refund.
